The Award Winning Depression Busting Course is coming to Tonyrefail Communities First

Do you or anyone you know need help and support to build your resilience to poor mental health?  Why not give this course and its support group a go.
You will learn ways to get a good night sleep, which foods may help; how thoughts affect the way you feel and behave and how negative thoughts can be challenged, and lots of other ways to improve your Health and Wellbeing.
The course has been independently researched by UNUM at Cardiff University and has shown good results for those who have attended.  It was also the Wales Runner-up in the Princes Foundation for Integrated Health Awards last year.
The course is attached to a Self Help Group, which continues help and support, before, during and after the course- and builds the sustainability of good mental health. Tonyrefail Communities First, Journeys and Cwn Tawe Local Health Board are working together to bring this innovative project to the area.
Want to know more?  Then why not attend the Launch at Capel Farm Resource Centre on Tuesday February 23rd from 6pm-8pm.
